I was really excited about my final interview with this company. However, it was the most awkward interview I've ever encountered. I was expecting more questions related to the job specifically. I have a sales background and come from a rural community originally so I already had lots of warm/hot leads due to knowing a lot of farmers that raise cattle, pigs, and chickens. I didn't get the opportunity to discuss any of this though because they requested I do a role playing exercise on selling precious metals which I know nothing about. I was highly disappointed in the interview process and won't be expecting a call back.
