Meeting with the sales manager over coffee. Very relaxed. Casual. Nothing too crazy. Asked the standard sales questions about handling objections, asking for the close etc. Given that it is all commission based they are looking for head count.
Interview was easy. This was my first job opportunity out of college. Interviewed with the regional manager where we had a conversation about my background and interests and it went from there.

Great process. Very quick and smooth. Loved how they try to get to know you as a person as equally as your professional experience. They care about your intentions and are very clear about what they expect of you.
