They sit you down and you have a normal hour long interview. They then bring you back in and you sit with a consumer loan officer for a couple of hours and see what the job is really like. This is where they get you because it seems great, but in reality it is not.

This was a few years ago, but you take one or two online tests before getting called in. There's a brief in-person interview before they present one to two potential jobs depending on your test scores. If you go for the job they dont think suits you, they offer to let you job shadow before a more in-depth interview. Overall, very smooth and their recruiters help facilitate it really well.
