It was very relaxed but informative and well thought out. Daily scope explained with employee expectations and general feel for company outlook and goals were described. Specific processes were explained in detail and benefits were disclosed.

I was told by HR manager that I would be interviewing with the owner and an associate. Sat down with two individuals who didn't introduce themselves, I thought that was a bit strange that the owner didn't introduce himself. He also asked if offered the job would I be able to get to work on time.
