I did two video interviews. the was a recruiting company between me and Marken. at the beginning I was told that the decision might be taken after the first video interview with the director and the interview went well, then I was asked to have another video interview with the line manager and it also went well. then I was waiting for the decision but the recruiter told me that they -the director and the manager- want to meet me personally and to meet the whole team, I agreed and went there on my expenses. when I arrived there was no place to set so they took me to the kitchen -while others were having their meals!!- it was uncomfortable to have a chat there , the director came and attend for few minutes and apologized as she has no time. the manager showed me the place and told me that everything is ok with me and he only noticed that I am a little bit shy he also commented as he thinks that it might be related to my culture he also mentioned that this point will not affect the work so it is ok.. I mentioned to him that it just seems like that because of the current situation and he confirmed that he will forward a positive feedback about me to the director. after that I got a feedback from the recruiting company that they think I am not a fit for the position because I am not bold enough.... and I was told that the decision was taken by the director -whom I met in the kitchen for few minutes!!!-. it was not a good experience for me and I don't see it as a professional process.
