Worst experience of my whole career which is 10years. I interviewed with Marketaxess for 2 months. I was chasing with recruiters all this while to schedule the interviews. I reached the final round and recruiter congratulated me for clearing the rounds and be part of Marketaxess. He discussed comp and said he will come back with offer letter and then after 2 days, sent me standard rejection letter. I was so surprised and asked a follow up as what got changed in the last 2 days. No response even after sending multiple emails. Recruiters should get back to me even if things changed or there wasn’t any fit anymore. Pathetic interview practices.
