Short phone call followed by Zoom with HR and a short technical test. Although it seems like a great company and the position fits my experience, the test was completely out of position scope. The test was a 15 min, recorded online exercise. The excerise purpuse was to test programming under time presure, which is an absurd goal. The position it self do not require programming or managing team under presure. The company it self is not a startup that requires this. The excersie it self, does not reflect any knowledge in code methodolgy or architecture. So... kind of a disapointment for me. In overall, I think it's a good company and a great product. I would love a real 2nd chance with real code challenge. But this looks like a sad lose-lose situation 😐.
