Everything was over Skype message, no phone or video call. They asked me 3 questions and the rest of it just seemed like an auto generated series of messages talking about the company. At the end of the "interview" they said "congrats you're now an employee you start Monday" but when I asked for a contract to review before accepting any offer they ghosted. Makes me question whether or not it was a scam.
