After submitting a resume and cover letter I was contacted to submit a video answering a few questions about my background and experience. After submitting the video I was then contacted for a phone interview. The conversation was about 15-20 minutes and I was offered a position at the end.

Just one virtual interview that was painless. The recruiter was very nice and just asked standard interview questions. I heard back within a day or two and accepted the role.

I received a call from marketsource hr inquiring about my resume they found on indeed. Interview wqs fairly straight forward.
They then had me submit video responses to a couple questions.

Over video chat professional laidback process very upfront and transparent. The questions were reasonable and related to the job being offered. Definitely feel a decent amount of retail or sales experience will help you receive a job offer.
