Entretien
I had 2 phone interviews. One was with HR and one with the manager. They weren't very long (15-30 minutes) They were both very easy to talk to.
They also asked for a couple of references.

They asked me about my experience, what I found challenging about my previous jobs, what I enjoy about retail work, how I handle priority changes, etc.

Entretien
Interview done via phone by a person in their office, which is based in Mississauga, Ontario. You are asked a few very basic, almost ridiculously brain dead questions about your experience. You are offered a position immediately if you live in an area that they need coverage in, or is hard to find reps to work. Many small communities don't have territories with more than 1 or 2 stores to call on, so it's not worth anyone's time or effort to accept their job offer because you can't make money
