Started with resume screen, then phone screen, then in person review with multiple team leads - pretty straightforward. Useful to know something about the position you're applying to and do research before hand.

Can you tell me about yourself? What do you do for fun?
Didn’t ask anything technical. Phone interview. Didn’t take the next steps in the interview process. Seems like a good company to work for. Wasn’t a very organized interview process. Scheduled another interview and they cancelled an hour before.

Entretien
I had applied online to the position. There was a phone interview set up within a few days of my application. I was called by a mechanical engineer working on the project which I was to join, no HR screening period.
