Entretien
I have attended the manager explaining about the company and responsibilities in the company and they scheduled me a assignment for me to complete the entrance exam. After that that will conduct technical and HR round.
Firstly it was orientation for about 1 and half hour . After that they will segregate your profile according to your academic record and then they will send you a mettl test. I don't know how their selection criteria works but what I have heard over the internet it says that they have no sectional cut- off . But , even when you are confident enough about your test results, your sure that you will be passed they will send you mail on very first day that you have not passed the test . I think this seems soo unpredictable, when you are confident about your answers, and about your selection they will reject you. This seems nothing but just wasting someone's crucial time, bcz after this test for about 6 months you can't reapply, the worst HR team ever .
