Very nice people and super welcoming environment. 2 interviews, one through hirevue and another final round that lasted a few hours. Overall everyone was super nice and super accommodating -- really enjoyed it!

Five basic behavioral questions, nothing out of the ordinary. Most questions are centered around common dilemmas you may come across in a school or work setting so work on your story-telling skills

Question 1
What was a moment when you had trouble dealing with a fellow student, professor, boss, etc. and what was your response?
First interview was via recordings asking the questions and you record your responses. Second was an online Skype-type interview. I believe the second interview is normally in person, but with the covid 19 outbreak it was moved online.

I was referred through a friend. First interview was answering recorded questions through Hirevue, then was invited to Chicago office to do in person interviews with 3 managers and 2 recent program graduates
