Phone interview with recruiter team:
- use of scripted questions (tell me about your recent role, tell me about your previous role, tell me about your role at) - upon answering each questions that are clearly noted in resume, no response on the ofher side
-recruiter must have very minimal knowledge of the job role so it was a one sided interview- not conversational
- recruiter did not disclose anything helpful about the role, nor a brief explanation why they are looking to hire, Made it super awkrard to raise questions
