Applied through the website and contacted by the Human Resources representative. They scheduled an in person interview and mentioned the position would be decided on within a time frame that aligned with the director I interviewed with. Very transparent in the interview process with when I should know if I was one of the final candidates, how many more interviews were left, etc.
