Normal interview and the h.r. person said they were going to recommend to the hiring manager that I proceed on to the next step. She told me that either way she would let me know with two or three days. It's been a month and she did not have the decency to email me back.

Started with the usual phone screen where their recruiter tried to determine the salary range, an answer was given, then 0.5 hour phone interview and then code submission, then got ghosted. Morale of the story don't waste your time.
