Laid back interview. Manager works through conversation getting to know you such as tell me about yourself, do you have a family, etc. some questions are basic such as are you willing to learn knew things take direction work in a team environment. A lot of interview is hearing what MARTIN is about.

Interview was not difficult and hiring manager was very friendly which helped curve any nervousness I had. Manager was very clear about the duties expected of position
