20 minutes interview process. The questions were uncomfortable to answer. The panel was not at all helping in any way. They grill a lot. First they ask about basics and then goes deeper. But whenever you answer, they seem unsatisfied even if the answer is correct.

Entretien
It was a campus recruitment drive. The process had two stages, eliminatory-GD which was followed by an interview by a panel of 3. In the first round, a simple GD topic will be given. The process happens in the groups of 8-10. Topics relate to automobile industry only, so prepare well for them. After that, there will be selection on the basis of GD and then there will be a round of interview.

There were two rounds with senior management people and interview started with an aptitude test. Overall it was pretty simple and easy. The person has to be informed about the insustry
