I was a bit tough but we need to respond smoothly they are seeing like whether your confident or not and how you defend your answers and how the way your are building conversation to approach an answer
Resume shortlist, test, interview.
Test will have psychometric questions and work behaviour finally logical reasoning which is the hard part. Interview will happen with hr and technical person. Kind of stess interview. General knowledge and current affairs also tested in the interview
