The interview process was straight forward. After submitting my application via their online portal, I was contacted for an interview. Two other candidates were in the waiting room with me, possibly more were scheduled that day. I first met with the VP of the department and spoke for about 10 - 20 minutes. Following that, I met with another coordinator for about the same amount of time. Both were very upfront about challenges of the position but were overall very positive about the company and culture.
