The interview started with a group meeting with all of the candidates. The site manager was explaining some of the good and bad points about the job. It was a very comfortable setting, and the manager was very easy to talk to when the one on one meeting came.

No really difficult questions, but the manager did ask how I would handle a customer service situation where the customer was not happy with my work.
