I was contacted by an HR talent acquisition manager from MASCOT via LinkedIn, who mentioned that I had an interesting profile and encouraged me to check out an open position in their Marketing Department. Receiving that message gave me confidence that they were serious about hiring, so I dedicated extra effort to tailor my CV and cover letter for the role.
Shortly after, I was invited to a screening interview with the HR manager. Within three days of that meeting, I was informed that I would proceed to an online interview with the team’s manager and would also need to complete a personality test beforehand.
During the second interview, I was given a thorough overview of MASCOT’s culture, their organizational structure, and the details of the role itself. Before asking me questions, they explained what the job entailed, which I appreciated—it helped me focus on sharing the most relevant parts of my experience.
Following that, I was asked to complete another assessment: an IQ test. I then received an invitation for the final interview at their headquarters in Silkeborg. There, I met the manager of my prospective manager and discussed my expertise in the field. They also walked me through the test results, shared their feedback, and asked whether I agreed with the findings.
Overall, the recruitment process took about a month, and I waited around a week and a half for the final response while they completed interviews with the remaining candidates.
