Applied online. A week later got contacted about quick HR interview over phone, then did a virtual interview with Superintendent, then they flew me out to do final interviews with management.

The interview process was pretty simple

-Interview with Sr. field engineer
-Final interviews with Management
I basically had an interview every week, and the whole process to an offer took about 1 month.
