J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez MassMutual (Denver, CO) en sept. 2014
Entretien
First interview was mostly an introduction to the company and how they operate. Seemed like a genuine and very employee centered atmosphere. Explained in detail sales strategy, commission structure and benefits. They expect you to have a large friend/family (etc) base to begin your sales however are helpful in finding others. Their focus is on adding value to their clients and are dedicated to treating and providing the best service for each client. The company atmosphere seems very positive and conducive to growth.

It was a pleasant experience. I was jobhunting for quite a while. COVID and post-COVID created a highly intense job market. I was at a job fair, and decided to move forward with the interview.
HR recruiter was very nice, bubbly, and she answered a lot of questions with detail about different specs.
Later on, the hiring manager later became my supervisor. He was also very nice.
The interview questions were standard: "tell me about yourself" and "what do you look to gain from working with us."
after a few phone calls and 2 zoom interviews, I was in.
It felt more like vibe-checking.
They told me licenses and education will be reimbursed after I get accepted.
There is a contract phase where you are given 30 days to try out the job and meet a quota. If you feel comfortable, you can accept the full-time role. If not, no ties, no harm. (But the reimbursement will be out of your pocket).
