I interviewed with a team of 3 supervisors at once via teams, this was the most uncomfortable interview I’ve had .. ever. Nothing about the interview felt comfortable, or warming, literally no one smiled.. once. I felt as though I was grilled with questions that they randomly made up as the interview went on. I knew right away this wasn’t a team I’d want to join.
