Lots of fit interviews. Fit is very important at this company. They asked lots of behavioral type questions. They didn't ask too many questions about knowledge of the payments space, which surprised me. When I worked there and interviewed people, I asked them what they knew about payments as I believe it is important to be knowledgeable about the industry and innovations.

There is no standard. There could be as few interviews as 3 and as many as 15. Kicked-off with a phone screening by the recruiter then followed by a series of 1:1 interviews.
