Entretien
First round was basic aptitude, logical reasoning and English written test. Second and third was more of technical and experienced based. Overall experience was pathetic as they called more candidates than the existing requirement. There was no sequence in interview and people had to wait 5 hours for second round while chosen ones(girls) were called and done with interview within an hour.

5 interviews, no proper coordination, multiple chasers required and finally decision was not communicated and the recruiter completely disappeared. Very unprofessional and disappointing especially from a large corporation like Mastercard.

There were two rounds of interview, first one with Resourcing Team screening session, after that second one with hiring manager, followed by compensation discussion with resourcing team.
