I had three case interviews back-to-back with 3 Principal level consultants. The first part was mostly about myself and some questions about my experiences. The second part was a quick case. The third part was a Q and A session.
3 interviews (video calls on Teams) - 20’ fit with a focus on past consulting experience (give precise examples) & 25’ case, often a market sizing or GTM strategy. Expect at least one question in English, otherwise interview in local language

Initial HR screening process followed by one round by the management consultant who is a level senior. Once this is qualified, it is followed by 3 parallel rounds with others

This is for AMC, performance analytics based out of Hyderabad office. Their expectations are very high. Asked couple of behavioral Qs on challenges faced in workplace, strengths & weakness etc. One case study which is "A banking client of mastercard is launching a premium credit card and came to you for whom to target. How do you identify the target set for the client ? Like how do you segment the customers, what basis you select those elite customer for whom we've to offer that card?"

Great interview experience with interesting people. The whole process was a delightful experience, very smooth, on time, respectful and relaxed, though some cases were difficult.
Had 2 HR interviews (1 in the beginning, 1 in the end), 3 interviews with the team (manager, country lead, region lead). Great people I would be happy to work with, but I've got an even better offer from an MBB company.
