The hr person will call you and will schedule the interview, the technical panel will have 3 person s (1 director ). Technical panel is good and they asks the basic,conceptual questions.Now coming back to feedback,the HR person don't bother to reply or call for feedback and more ever they are not hiring anyone...It's only they are creating drama . Sincere suggestions to MasterCard ..If you really hiring then only have job openings and please bother to respond people. If you don't value other people you will never be a good organization.
