Process took about 4 weeks. Was initially contacted by an HR employee who then set up a second interview with an engineer about a month later.

Question 1
Questions weren't very technical, more about personal experiences and goals. They want you to know about big data and hadoop.
The interview is scheduled for a duration of one hour and fifteen minutes, encompassing both a technical assessment (45 mins) as well as motivational and behavioral questions, focusing on the motivation to join them, skills and experience. (30mins).
