Worst HR. After clearing all technical rounds and sharing documents with team, no revert from HR since more than a month. As my LWD in my current organization is nearing, this is very disappointing behaviour from MasterCard HR team. They can seriously do much better in terms of communication with candidate and expedite their job.

I interviewed with Mastercard several times across 2025 and 2026. Unfortunately, the overall process was not professional and the candidate experience was disappointing. Multiple interviewers either did not show up or cancelled at very late notice without proper warning or communication. As a candidate, you spend significant time preparing and arranging your schedule, so repeated last-minute changes leave a very negative impression. This year they introduced the Karat interview process, and I have to say that part was much more professional and organized compared to previous experiences. At least the first round felt structured and respectful of the candidate’s time. However, beyond that stage, the overall interview coordination still felt disorganized and inconsistent. I hope they improve communication, scheduling discipline, and respect for candidates throughout the full hiring process.
