Just apply online and list out your skills required for the job. If you could get an employee referred. That would give you a leg up for sure. You many also seek out local recruiting companies for help. They might have a one on one relationship with the hiring manager.

No need to prep for "tell me about yourself" and "Why this company" type of questions for this round.

The interview process consisted of two to four rounds of interviews and I would consider the level of difficulty as average. Overall, people are friendly and want to see if you'll be a fit for the team.

Very easy process, I had to do an interview and play 12 games to check if my skills align with requirements of the job. The only minus is that you have to record yourself rather than speak to a person.
