Entretien
The process involved multiple stages, including initial screening, technical assessment, and a final-round interview with senior managers. It was structured, challenging, and gave insight into Mastercard’s work culture. However, there was no follow-up after the final round, which left candidates uncertain.
Recruiting day svolto in sede che inizia con una presentazione dell'azienda e poi due fasi, una di gruppo ed una individuale con diversi seniors. Nel complesso un esperienza molto positiva.
