The process was nothing too out of the ordinary. When I completed the Hireview, they notified me that they would reach out if they are interested in me. They notified me that I would have a final round interview, but my time slots that I selected did not fit their schedule, and I was not given an interview because of it. Then, they reached out a week later saying that they were interested again, then I selected all of the available slots hoping that maybe I would be selected. It was 2-30 minute interviews with typical questions related to program or product management

Reached out for an interview 1-2 months after applying. Asked basic behaviorals, "Why Mastercard?", "Describe a team experience where you struggled..." etc. Did a basic technical coding question as well as miscellaneous smaller tech-based questions
