J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mastercard

Horrible communication from the recruiter, was ghosted several times and only responded back to my emails when the person who referred me internally asked her to respond to my email. Was supposed to have a 2nd round interview with the hiring manager but was ghosted yet again. They also don't post salary ranges for their NY jobs which is illegal.
Thank you for your feedback. This does not reflect our expectation of candidate care and hope you'll reconsider Mastercard in the future.

Foram 2 entrevistas, cada uma com um consultor senior / manager com um business case. 1 case foi tranquilo, outro mais complicadinho. Alem disso, fizeram outras perguntas relacionadas a experiências passadas, hard skills e soft skills.

Screening call over the phone then 1st round of interview scheduled with reporting manager where the first question they asked were about coding skills in SQL & Python which was weird for a consultant role.

HR facilitation was poor. Emails often went unanswered, and I had to chase for basic clarifications even during the interview process.
The interview structure was never explained — I went through what seemed like a loop interview across 3–4 rounds, with no briefing on what each round entailed. As a candidate, I had no idea what to prepare for. • After investing time and energy across multiple rounds, I never received a final outcome — not even a courtesy rejection email, despite following up more than once. It felt dismissive of the time and effort candidates put in.
