Was contacted by Michael Hewitt (Sr. Technical Recruiter) about a week or so after submitting my application. He was incredibly friendly and easy to work with during the interview process. He set up a time for a phone interview -- and that went pretty well. After the first phone interview, I had a technical interview with the Sr. Manager (Jon Caine). We talked about a number of technical things, mostly dealing with the role I was applying for. Afterwards, there was an onsite interview where I met the team I eventually work with. The first half of the interview was purely to get to know me, followed by a live coding challenge. Finally, there was a final, take home coding challenge to test your creativity using a limited amount of code. My interview process took almost a month and a half due (something highly unusual for the company). During that period, my recruiter (Michael) took some time off after my live interview -- and handed the process off to Charles Broadman. He was also extremely easy to work with, and both of them were very transparent with what is going on in the hiring process. There were numerous phone calls in fact, so it was not just being transparent through emails. It was a long interview process, but it was overall a fantastic hiring experience thanks to the people involved.
