HR called me and he explained about the company and job profile. I didn't have people management skills. Still he took me to the interview round. Overall 2 Technical rounds. 1st round, interviewer asked just very basics on Spark, Airflow, ETL etc. He finished in 35 min. As feedback, i got rejected. Reason was that profile was not matching. They would have rejected me before without taking interview since I didnt have any people management skills.
