Initial a HR phone screen followed by a technical phone interview. Was invited for an onsite college day interview. Got positive feedback 2 days later and was in background and reference check. 2 weeks later, got a phone call saying not moving forward. Not sure what happened though. Overall the interview is not difficult.

There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.
