I applied online via Glassdoor about a month and a half ago. Had first phone interview with Hiring Manager and then second phone interview with Recruiter. Then scheduled 3rd on-site interview for this past Monday. They told me I had to prepare a PowerPoint presentation to present to about a half dozen people. They said everyone has to do this before they are hired. Said the presentation should cover my background - education and experience - and then discusss a project that I was involved in. I gave the presentation to 3 men. A woman arrived late. She took me after the meeting to her office and gave me a technical test, that I had not been informed of ahead of time. The men stayed in the room. I had been told ahead of time that I would be on-site from 9 to at least 2 and would have a lunch meeting in the cafeteria. After the technical test, the hiring manager escorted me to HR. The HR recruiter told me that they had enough information and that the person I was supposed to meet with at 11 was busy.
