I participated in three video calls and multiple phone screenings before being invited to the Cambridge site. They asked me to prepare a presentation (13 slides) and present it for 45 minutes during a video interview with six HR leaders based in the USA. Unfortunately, I was rejected without receiving ANY feedback. Although the company is well-regarded for its engineering opportunities, the absence of feedback and disregard for the time and effort I invested is discourteous and indicates a lack of management proficiency. While being rejected is a normal part of the process, the lack of consideration shown is a significant letdown.
