Multiple 1-o-1 casual conversation with Manager, HR and other team members for screening, Formal presentation followed by multiple 1-o-1 interviews with all team members which roughly takes an entire day, references and the management schedules call with them and finally offers are released.

Spoke with HR and Hiring Manager separately, then a "final round" of a day's worth of interviews. Asked to create a presentation and present. Was very impressed with the process - it was collaborative and designed to help me put my best foot forward.
