Entretien
Applied online. Brief phone interview with HR covering the position and some basic behavioral questions (describe a project in non-technical terms, describe how you stay organized, what are you looking for in an employer). Scheduled follow-up technical interview.
Tech interview conducted via WebEx and phone. No coding required. Topics included general OO concepts, two programming languages and discrete math/probability. Lasted about 45 minutes with time to ask questions. The programming language questions seemed to be very much of the trick question variety.

OO Concepts: describe OO programmig in your own words, difference between static and dynamic polymorphism, describe some classes you would use in a hospital application.
Java: Details of Java garbage collection, difference between mutex and semaphore, using a jar file in a project, construct a queue in Java.
Python: Are python strings mutable, how to create a constructor in Python
Mathematics: Max positive and negative value of 32-bit signed integer, probability that in a room of 400 people, at least 2 share a birthday.
There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.
