Entretien
The interview process is different depending on which Mathnasium center you apply to work at. Certain ones require a preliminary online application, others simply demand an emailed resume. If you are invited to the center for further interview, you will be given a math content examination, then floor interview if the test score is satisfactory.

If a child was asked the following question - 'What is 195 + 113?' and you had to teach them to do it mentally (without writing it down on paper), how would you go about it?
Straightforward. Took online math assessment and then came in for an interview that was more of a personality check. Manager was friendly and was offered the job at the end of the interview.

When I interviewed at Mathnasium, I first had a short phone call about my background. Then I went in for a math test and a short interview. They asked how I’d explain problems to students and watched me do a sample tutoring session.
