I finished all the stages for this job position - HR call, meeting with the Tech team to get to know each other, test assignment, tech interview by reviewing the tech assignment and more deep tech questions, and the meeting with the product managers. Overall, I enjoyed it. Each person's attitude was good during these stages. I liked the conversations with the tech team most as they are highly experienced and experts in what they do. BUT. I haven't received the feedback since I finished the recruitment process even though the recruiter had assured me that I would receive feedback in 1-2 days, but despite my follow-up, there has been no response. This isn’t about the delay itself but rather what it reflects about the company's attitude toward candidates. I believe this lack of communication speaks volumes, and it has led me to reconsider my interest in pursuing further opportunities with Matic.
