Entretien
We had an on-campus placement drive, it consisted of 3 rounds.
1- Aptitude Test
2- Technical Round
3- HR Interview
Aptitude Test: 50 questions to be solved in 60 minutes(IndiaBix level), it was a pen-paper test. It consisted of basic quantitative questions, logical questions and c-programming questions.
Technical Round : I was asked to explain the errors in the c-programs and also correct them. Rest questions were related to basic programming. Then came in the web technologies part and was asked questions related to HTML and PHP.
HR Round : It was the most exciting of all, the panel members are uber cool. My advice would be to be yourself and throw in whatever you have learnt so far. Any external coursework other than the regular university courses will be of great help.

Eligibility criteria:
1. B.Tech All Streams
2. SSC,HSC and UG: 60% & above
The interview process took only 1 day. I was asked to be present at the venue by 10 a.m sharp. There was PPT presentation about the history of the company, the present status, working environment, motto & brief discussion on their previous & ongoing projects.
Recruitment Process:
1. Quantitative Aptitude Test (40 questions, 1 hour time; Cut off:75%; +2 for each correct answer & -1 for each wrong answer; very very easy; anyone can solve it)
2. Technical Assessment Round
3. HR Round
4. Final Selection
I was interviewed to serve 24 months as Junior Web Developer (full-time). During the probation period (first 6 months), they offered Rs 12K [CTC] as remuneration per month (subject to review based on performance). During this initial 24 month period, if anyone wants to leave the company, shall be liable to pay the bond, amounting to Rs 1,00,000 (One Lakh) to the company.
I didn't make it to Final Selection.
