I had three really nice interviews. I connected so well with the three women I spoke to and was very excited for the potential opportunity. However, the next step of the interview process was to take a 3 hour leadership/personality test. Apart from being told it was 3 hours long, they gave me no direction of what it would be like. I personally found it incredibly difficult and intimidating. There was also a math section thrown in there without any heads up. 25 math questions with charts and graphs and only 15 minutes to complete and you couldn't go back and change your answers. I took the test and then Matter family office ghosted me for over 2 weeks. I followed up 3 different times and then received an email that I did not get the position. I asked for feedback and they never answered.
