Intensive interview process, amazing team. Began with a phone screen, then a case with an associate, then a behavioral / case with a partner, then a series of general ability and personality tests, then a super day at the DC office with a series of 6 interviews (5 behavioral, 1 case). Matters Graph covered travel expenses (including a hotel for those coming from out of town). It was clear throughout that they take the hiring process very seriously and prioritize fit. Can't stress how great the team was—definitely the kind of place that makes 9 interviews feel fun.

It was highly technical for a first round interview, not very informational and didn't get a lot of details about the position itself or the company. The interview felt very robotic and planned, kind of made me disinterested in the company.

Case interview process. Interview questions vary but remain within the MBA case interview prep. There is a final interview with executive director to assess cultural fit. The process is not long and it is straight forward.
