It was a great experience, they hire people not resumes. They also have you take behavioral exams to see what type of person you are. They go through it with you and see how you respond to certain situations and work with specific people.

Easy process, will talk with a receptionst that makes sure you are competitive. You can always go back and work there if you are able to speak well and understand investment sales

3 stages. They ask about your why. Why do you want to be successful. Not to manny technical questions. They review your resume. Other locations might be more difficult. The Encino office is pretty chill.
