Asked about me and wanted to know more about my personality and what I'm working on not job related which threw me off. Very friendly and down to earth. Shared some laughs and eased the tension.

Entretien
Was very quick and questions were not difficult great for an entry level management job. Focused on basic leadership skills and customer service. You will have 2 interviews minimum starting with the general manager then the district manager.
Pretty simple. Brief conversation with store lead about past experience and current role expectations. Very laid back company and demands. Conversation did happen in person at the retail store itself in their back room.
