I had filled out an application. The next day, I recieved a call saying to come in to complete a further part of my application. Once I arrived, I filled out a personality test on paper. Then, the manager asked if she could interview me on the spot. I agreed. However, after five minutes she called it off due to the fact that I rely on the bus for transportation. I guess that is understandable...but the thing is...I included that in my application and explained that even with my transportation situation, I've always been incredibly responsible and have never missed a shift or even been late in any previous jobs. Regardless, if it was included in my application... she shouldn't have wasted my time and called me to come in. Did you even read my application? Not to mention...this manager seemed very rude and irresponsible and like she had absolutely no applicable business knowledge whatsoever.

In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
